We should coordinate the youth management process with Chris T at the Y. But having the UW teens start thinking about what the issues are is a good start.

I want the management model to be driven by the teens as much as possible.

		<description>This looks great to me, Chris! I think these are all going to be really helpful areas to have the BC interns helping with. We can keep this conversation open as we know more about what the partnerships/outreach branch of MacArthur activity is going to look like. I'd be happy to find ways to make the two overlap.
