		<description>I also believe that the UW papers mentioned outlining specific consequences.  Here is an example:

First Offense: The user will be given an email warning.

Second Offense: The users account will be terminated.

Severe misconduc: regardless of whether the offense is a first or second offense, the users account will be terminated.

Any thoughts?
