User Generated content (UGC) Principles

Something to pay attention to, some big companies are trying to pass some new principles to protect copyright infringements in sites that host UGC (youthcommons would qualify as one). Some of this requirements are quite complex.

    This is quite burdensome. Let’s monitor it, but proceed with an editorial guideline that leads the editorial team to watch for obvious violations. I think that this whole issue will shake down around some standard of fair use.
