		<description>I went and did a little research to find out how many youth websites allow you to post comments without being logged in.  Here are the results:
uthtv.org - login to post
youthnoise - login to post
dosomething.org - login to post
youthoutlook.org - reviews all posts before publish
takingitglobal - login to post
www.headsup.org.uk - login to post
There is a reason why all of thses sites require you to login before being able to participate fully in the site.  I suggest we follow the lead of these other sites and require users that would like to comment to login.
